This organization is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to join their team. The Mechanical Superintendent oversees field operations on assigned construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all activities. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site work while collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.

• Lead and enforce safety practices, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

  Skill Set:
  
  
• High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant construction experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role (or equivalent education in construction or a related field).
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Proficiency in interpreting technical plans and specifications.
  
• Current First Aid/CPR and OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
