Job DescriptionENSCO Inc is a diverse engineering and technology
company that provides engineering, science and advanced technology
solutions that guarantee mission success, safety, and security to
governments and private industries worldwide. We are seeking an
experienced Space Systems Senior Intelligence and Operations
Officer to support Space Systems Command Battle Management Command,
Control, and Communications (SSC/SZ) portfolio. The position is
available in Colorado Springs, CO.Duties include but are not
limited to:- Perform space acquisitions, engineering, operations,
and technical advice and assistance- Provide analytical and
operational engineering support to current and future developmental
and operational units- Provide support for data and signal
collection, processing, storage, archiving, analysis, and lessons
learned to support test, on-going operations, and future concept
developments upon request- Develop draft intelligence requirements
and staffing packages, provide advisement on intelligence reports,
translate program requirements into intelligence needs and
requirements, and recommend courses of action to support
mission-related activities- Utilize acquisition and intelligence
community standards and processes to support the program manager in
evaluating tradeoffs between cost, schedule, and
performanceQualifications Required (Skills)-BS/BA with more than 12
years of experience; MS/MA with more than 10 years of experience-
Expert in DoD and Air Force Intelligence capabilities, processes,
and procedures- Demonstrates ability to organize and execute
initial establishment of operational Air Force space control unit
(including bed down, training, and transition from acquisitions)-
Experience supporting classified space operations- Facilitate,
manage, and engage with stakeholders to aid in Ops/Acq integration-
Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and writing)
skills.- Must have experience in using critical thinking to prepare
written reports and presentations for decision makers.- MUST HAVE
AT A MINIMUM, A CURRENT TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE AND BE ABLE
TO OBTAIN A TS/SCI CLEARANCE, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.
YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU DO NOT MEET
THIS REQUIREMENT.Qualifications Desired- Advanced understanding of
Defense Department OSINT policies and regulations- Recent
participation in interagency intelligence working groups
