Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and document requirements clearly
Manage project schedules, budgets, and team dynamics
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure project
alignment
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a PM/BA in an outsourcing company
Upper intermediate / Advanced English level
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
Knowledge of project management tools and wiki systems
Experience in UI/UX design review and change request management
