an experienced and dynamic Business Development Director to lead
our talented team of business development managers and
representatives at our Meridian office location. If you are a

Offered)Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 4 business development
managers, each overseeing a team of 10 representatives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team
culture.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback,
and conduct performance evaluations.Performance Management:
- Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets for
service-based subscription products.
- Implement and manage performance improvement plans as
necessary.
- Recognize and reward high achievers, reinforcing our commitment
to sales excellence.Training & Development:
- Identify development needs within the team and align training
programs to enhance skills.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development
opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to managers, enabling them
to develop their leadership skills.Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Oversee the daily operations of the business development teams,
ensuring effective management of sales pipelines.
- Support the team in closing deals by providing guidance and
removing obstacles.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment
and support for business development initiatives.Client
Relationship Management:
- Step in as needed to support negotiations and ensure client
satisfaction.Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team
performance.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, providing insights
and recommendations to senior leadership.If you are looking for an

are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
advanced degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with
at least 3-5 years in a team manager role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a
business development or sales team in a high-volume, fast-paced
environment.
- Experience in selling service-based subscription products is
highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and
exceeding goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools;
experience with HubSpot Sales Hub is preferred.Key
