- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or Interaction, or equivalent
practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in product design and related
roles.
- 10 years of experience in a senior role creating strategy and
designing products.
- 7 years of experience managing design teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working collaboratively with senior designers, and
executives in product management and engineering.
- Experience elevating product craft, including proficiency in
Figma.
- Experience with artificial intelligence and large language
models.
- Proficiency in using and contributing to a design system and UI
style guide.
- Ability to create a culture that nurtures talented UX team
members, solves complex design problems, and delivers simple
product solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand,
articulate positions, and advocate designs.

inspire an exceptional team of designers, researchers, engineers,
motion designers, and thinkers. As the Design Systems lead, you
will direct the creation of a cohesive, modern experience across
the Workspace product suite.

full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 + bonus + equity +
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and

locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

Responsibilities
- Rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading
user experiences-from concept to execution.
- Manage and mentor a team of 8 designers.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research partners to
explore and evaluate concepts, support implementation, and
independently move projects forward.
- Communicate progress and design rationale and align on design
decisions with stakeholders and Workspace leadership.
- Influence product direction through effective storytelling to
convey a compelling UX strategy, securing buy-in from cross-product
